The problem
Why follow-up fails, and what automation fixes
Most businesses do not lose leads because their service is wrong. They lose them in the gaps: a form that arrives after hours, a quote nobody follows up on, a past customer who never hears from you again. Each gap is small, and together they add up to a lot of revenue.
Our email marketing services and SMS marketing services close those gaps with automated sequences. Each one starts from a clear trigger, sends the right message at the right time, and stops the moment a person replies or books.
What we automate
Email and SMS flows we build
Speed to lead
An instant reply to every new form or missed call, plus an alert to your team, so the lead hears from you while they are still looking.
Quote and estimate follow-up
A short series of reminders after you send a quote, which stops as soon as the customer answers.
Appointment reminders
Confirmations and reminders by email and text, with an easy way to confirm or reschedule, to cut no-shows.
Nurture sequences
Helpful emails for leads who are not ready yet, so you stay on their list when they are.
Post-job follow-up
A thank-you after the job and a short check-in, so customers know you care about how it went.
Win-back campaigns
A friendly check-in for past customers who have not returned in a while.
Email marketing
Email marketing services that earn the open
Email still reaches people who already know you, at almost no cost per message. We plan, write, design and send:
- Automated sequences for new leads, new customers and past customers
- Campaigns and newsletters tied to real offers, seasons and services
- Templates that read well on a phone and match your brand
- Deliverability basics: domain authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), clean lists and sensible sending volume, so your emails land in the inbox
SMS marketing
SMS marketing services that stay welcome
Text messages get read fast, which is why they need restraint. We use SMS for messages people actually want: confirmations, reminders, short updates and replies to questions they asked. Marketing texts go only to people who opted in, at reasonable hours, with an opt-out in every message.
Consent and compliance
TCPA and CAN-SPAM compliant opt-in
Compliance is part of the build, not an afterthought:
- SMS (TCPA): clear consent language on every form that collects a phone number, a stored record of each opt-in, and STOP handling that works instantly
- Email (CAN-SPAM): an honest sender name and subject line, your business address and a working unsubscribe link in every marketing email, with opt-outs honored promptly
- Healthcare: no health details in emails or texts sent through marketing tools
See how we handle consent on our own site: SMS consent and opt-in policy and consent operations. This is general information, not legal advice; your attorney has the final word for your business.
How we set it up
How we set up email and SMS automation
Map your follow-up
We look at how leads reach you today, what happens next and where they go quiet.
Connect the tools
Forms, calendar and phone connected to your CRM, with consent capture in place.
Write and build the sequences
Messages in your voice, timed sensibly, with clear rules for when each one stops.
Test, launch and improve
We test every path before launch, then adjust timing and wording from the results.
Reporting
What you see each month
Each month you see how many leads entered each sequence, replies and bookings that followed, opens and clicks on email, opt-outs, and any delivery problems. We compare each number with the month before and tell you what we changed and why.
Who it is for
A good fit if you
- Get leads by form or phone and cannot always answer quickly
- Send the same follow-up emails or texts by hand every week
- Have a list of past customers you rarely contact
It is probably not a fit if you want to buy a contact list and blast it. We only message people who asked to hear from you.
FAQ
Email and SMS marketing FAQ
Which email and SMS tools do you work with?
We build inside your CRM: HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho or Salesforce. Contacts, emails, texts and results then live in one place, and your team does not juggle separate tools. If you do not have a CRM yet, we set one up first. See CRM setup.
Do I need consent to text my customers?
For marketing texts, yes. Federal law (the TCPA) requires prior express written consent for marketing texts sent with automated systems, and every message needs a clear way to opt out. We set up consent capture on your forms and keep a record of when and how each person opted in.
Can you send email newsletters too?
Yes. One-off campaigns and newsletters are part of email marketing services. Most of the value, though, comes from automated sequences that run every day without anyone pressing send.
Will the messages sound like us?
They should. We write every message in your voice, from the way your team already talks to customers, and you approve each sequence before it goes live.
Can medical practices use text reminders?
Yes, with care. Appointment reminders can work well for practices, but messages should not include health details. We keep texts to the time, place and a way to confirm or reschedule, and pass anything clinical to your team.
How fast can automation reply to a new lead?
An automated first reply can go out within a minute of a form being sent, at any hour. The goal is not to replace your team but to make sure no lead waits until the next morning to hear from you.
