Acceptance
By using Cyberset’s website, services, or text-messaging program, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Cyberset designs and builds websites for local businesses, including free preview sites and paid website builds with optional ongoing care plans. Details, scope, and pricing of any paid work are agreed separately before you are charged.
Mobile messaging terms
These terms govern the Cyberset SMS program.

- After you opt in (by saying “yes” on a call, or by texting us first), Cyberset sends texts about your website preview and our conversation.
- Message frequency varies; up to approximately 5 messages per week.
- Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile plan.
- Reply STOP to end messages at any time. Reply HELP, or contact [email protected], for assistance.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Payment
Fees for any paid build or care-plan subscription are presented and authorized by you before payment. Subscriptions continue until canceled. Refunds, if any, are handled per the agreement for that work.
Intellectual property
Until a paid build is completed and paid for, Cyberset retains rights to preview sites and templates. On full payment, ownership of the delivered site transfers as agreed in your build agreement.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law:
Cyberset is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to amounts you paid us for the service at issue.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
