A review strategy that earns more 5-star reviews
Our review management services help you earn more genuine reviews on Google, the right way: a steady, policy-safe way to ask every customer, replies in your voice, and a monthly view of how you compare.

Why reviews matter
Why your reviews decide who gets the call
When someone compares three businesses on Google, the star rating, the number of reviews and how recent they are often decide which one gets the call. Google also says review count and rating are part of how it judges a business's prominence in local results.
Most happy customers never think to leave a review unless someone asks. Our review management services fix that with a simple, steady system, so your reviews keep pace with the work you actually do.
The rules
A review strategy that follows the rules
Every review we help you earn comes from a real customer, asked the same way as everyone else. That is both the law and the most durable way to build a rating:
- No review gating. Google forbids asking only customers you expect to be happy (Google Maps content policy).
- No incentives. Google forbids discounts, gifts or payment for reviews, and the FTC rule on consumer reviews bans incentives tied to a positive or negative review.
- No fake reviews. No reviews from staff, family or paid services, and no buying or selling reviews. The FTC rule makes these violations subject to civil penalties.
- No suppression. Unhappy customers can review you like anyone else. We help you answer them well instead.
The review system
How we help you earn more reviews
Find the right moment
We map when your customers are happiest, such as right after a successful visit or a finished job, and make that the moment to ask.
Make it one tap
A direct link to your Google review form, plus QR codes for the front desk, receipts or the job site, so leaving a review takes seconds.
Give your team the words
A short, natural way for staff to ask in person, and a page on your website that explains where to leave a review.
Keep it steady
A small number of new reviews every week beats a burst followed by silence. We track the pace and adjust when it slows.
Which platforms
Where to focus your reviews
For most local businesses, Google comes first, because it feeds your Business Profile, the map results and many AI answers. We also look at the sites your customers read in your field.
Yelp is different: it asks businesses not to request reviews, and its filter may hide reviews it believes were solicited. So we do not ask for Yelp reviews. We watch Yelp, reply to every review there, and let reviews come naturally. Facebook recommendations follow the same honest approach as Google.
Replies
Replying to every review
A reply shows future customers how you treat people. We draft replies in your voice for your approval: short and warm for positive reviews, calm and specific for negative ones, with an offer to continue offline. For healthcare and legal businesses, replies never confirm that the reviewer is a patient or client, and never mention health or case details.
Reporting
What you see each month
Each month you see new reviews by platform and location, your average rating and review count compared with your main competitors, how quickly reviews were answered, and the themes customers mention most. Those themes often point to the fastest operational wins.
Who it is for
A good fit if you
- Have fewer reviews than competitors who are not better than you
- Get most new customers from Google search and maps
- Do great work but rarely ask customers to say so
It is probably not a fit if you want reviews bought, written for you or filtered. We do not do that.
FAQ
Review management FAQ
Can you guarantee 5-star reviews?
No one honestly can. What we can do is make it easy and routine for every customer to leave a review, so your rating reflects the real experience of most customers, not just the few who were upset enough to write.
Can we offer a discount or gift for a review?
Not on Google. Google's policy forbids incentives of any kind for reviews, and the FTC rule bans incentives that depend on the review being positive or negative. We build a review program that works without them.
Can we only ask happy customers?
No. Asking only customers you expect to be happy is called review gating, and Google forbids it. We ask every customer the same way, which is also the most credible way to build a rating.
Should we ask customers to review us on Yelp?
Yelp asks businesses not to request reviews, and its filter may hide reviews it believes were solicited. We focus requests on Google and let Yelp reviews come naturally, while still monitoring and replying there.
How is this different from review monitoring?
Review strategy is about earning more genuine reviews. Review monitoring is about hearing about every review quickly and answering it well. Most businesses need both.
Can medical practices ask patients for reviews?
Yes, as long as the request does not reveal health details and replies never confirm that the reviewer is a patient. We set up requests and reply templates that respect patient privacy.
