What it does

What an AI chatbot for your website should do

Visitors arrive at all hours with the same questions: Do you take my insurance? Are you open Saturday? How much does it cost? Can I come in this week? When nobody answers, many of them leave.

Answer

Common questions answered instantly from your own approved content, day or night.

Qualify

A few short questions to learn what the visitor needs, where they are and how soon.

Capture

Name, contact details and the request saved to your CRM, with the full conversation attached.

Hand off

A clear path to a person: a call, a callback request or a message to your team.

Example

What a good chatbot conversation looks like

A short example for a dental practice. The practice and details are invented for illustration.

WhoMessage
VisitorDo you do teeth whitening, and are you open Saturdays?
ChatbotYes, we offer in-office whitening. We are open Saturdays from 9 AM to 2 PM. Would you like us to contact you to schedule a consultation?
VisitorYes, next Saturday if possible.
ChatbotGreat. What is your name and the best phone number to reach you? Our team will call to confirm a Saturday time.
VisitorDoes whitening hurt? I have sensitive teeth.
ChatbotThat is a good question for the dentist, who can look at your teeth first. I will add it to your request so they can talk it through with you.

What it will not do

What our chatbots will not do

  • Give medical, legal or financial advice
  • Make up prices, availability or policies it was not given
  • Pretend to be a person
  • Ask for sensitive details it does not need, such as health history or payment card numbers

These limits are set in the chatbot's instructions and tested before launch. When a question falls outside them, the chatbot offers a way to reach your team.

How we build it

How we build your AI chatbot

  1. Collect the questions

We gather the questions your team answers every day, from calls, emails and forms.

  2. Write the approved answers

We turn your services, policies and FAQ into a knowledge base you review and approve.

  3. Connect your CRM

Every lead and conversation goes to your CRM, so your team follows up from the place it already works.

  4. Test and launch

We test with real questions, including tricky and off-topic ones, then launch and review transcripts in the first weeks.

Healthcare and legal

Chatbots for healthcare and legal websites

Medical practices and law firms need extra care. For these sites, the chatbot sticks to practical questions, such as services, hours, locations and how to schedule. It does not ask for symptoms, diagnoses or case details, and it tells visitors not to share them.

Keeping health and case details out of the chat is deliberate: the chatbot only needs enough to route the request, and your team handles the rest directly.

How we measure

How we measure chatbot results

Each month you see conversations started, questions answered without a handoff, leads sent to your CRM and the questions the chatbot could not answer. The last list is the most useful: it shows what to add to your website and your knowledge base next.

Who it is for

A good fit if you

  • Get many repeat questions by phone or email
  • Receive website visits outside office hours
  • Want more leads from the traffic you already have

It is probably not a fit if your sales depend on long, custom conversations from the first message. In that case, fast human follow-up through email and SMS automation usually works better.

FAQ

AI chatbot services FAQ

How is an AI chatbot different from an old chat widget?

Older widgets follow a fixed script of buttons. An AI chatbot understands questions in the visitor's own words and answers from your approved content. We still add rules and limits, so it stays on topic and hands off to a person when it should.

Where does the chatbot get its answers?

From content you approve: your services, hours, locations, policies, prices you choose to share and your FAQ. It is set up to say it does not know rather than guess, and to offer a way to reach your team.

Can it book appointments?

The chatbot does not book directly. It collects what the visitor needs and how to reach them, and sends that to your CRM with the conversation, so your team can confirm the appointment.

Will visitors know they are talking to a bot?

Yes. Our chatbots say they are automated. California law requires bots to disclose that they are bots in many sales conversations, and it is simply more honest.

Can the chatbot give medical or legal advice?

No. Ours are set up not to. They answer practical questions and collect contact details, and pass anything clinical or legal to your team.

What happens to the conversations?

Each conversation is logged and, where you want it, sent to your CRM as a lead with the transcript. You can review conversations to see what visitors ask and improve the answers.
