Cyberset Corp (“Cyberset,” “we,” “us”) is a digital marketing agency in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, California. We provide SEO and AI search optimization, paid advertising management, website design and development, content marketing, social media, reputation management, marketing automation and CRM, and growth strategy services.

This policy explains what information we collect through cyberset.com, our AI chat assistant, our forms, phone calls, emails, and text messages, how we use it, and the choices you have. It works together with our Terms & Conditions and our SMS Consent Policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact and business details you enter in our website forms, such as your name, email, phone number, business name, website, and your message or request.
• Messages you send to our AI chat assistant, and any contact details you choose to share in the chat (see Section 4).
• Information you share when you call or email us, book a strategy session, or talk with us about a website preview.
• Your mobile phone number and messaging consent when you agree to receive text messages from us (see Section 5).

Information we collect automatically

• Basic usage data from our website and preview links, such as pages viewed, referring page, approximate location based on IP address, browser, and device type, collected through cookies and similar tools (see Section 6).

Information from other sources

• Business contact information from public sources (business name, business phone, website status) that we use to offer our services to businesses.

How we use information

• To respond to your questions and requests, including through our AI chat assistant.
• To contact you about our services, prepare a strategy session, and build and share a website preview.
• To provide, manage, and bill for services you buy from us.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and measure how it is used.
• To keep records of consent and meet our legal obligations.

We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to the ones above.

AI chat assistant

The chat window on our website is an AI assistant, not a person. It answers questions using information about Cyberset that we approved, and it may ask for your name and contact details so our team can follow up.

• Your chat messages and any details you share are stored with our customer communication and CRM provider, and may be saved as a contact record so our team can reply.
• Members of our team may read chat conversations to follow up with you and to improve the assistant’s answers.
• AI answers can contain mistakes. Our team confirms anything that matters, such as scope, timelines, and pricing, before any work starts.

Text messaging (SMS) program

If you consent, we send text messages about your website preview, the request you sent through our website form, and our related conversation. You can opt in by telling a Cyberset representative “yes” on a call, by texting us first, or by checking the optional SMS box on our website form. Details are in our SMS Consent Policy.

Opt out any time by replying STOP. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP or contact [email protected] for assistance.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website working, to remember basic preferences, and to understand how visitors use our pages. We use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager, to measure visits and form submissions. These tools receive usage data such as pages viewed and device information.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works. Our website does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

How we share information, and what we never share

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide our services, with:

• Service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting, online form, AI chat and CRM, text messaging, email, analytics, and payment providers. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
• Professional advisors, such as accountants and lawyers, under confidentiality duties.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
• A buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged, under the same protections described here.

Client account data

When a business hires us, we may access its website, analytics, search, advertising, and social media accounts to do the work. We handle that data on the client’s behalf and only to provide the agreed services, under our agreement with that client. Clients keep ownership of their accounts and data. If you are a customer of one of our clients, please contact that business about its privacy practices.

Sensitive information and children

Our website, forms, and chat are not meant for sensitive information such as health or medical details, financial account numbers, or government ID numbers. Please do not submit it. If you do, we will use it only to respond to you and will delete it when it is no longer needed.

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

In the last 12 months we have collected the categories described in Section 2: identifiers and contact details, commercial information about services you asked about, internet and device activity, and approximate location. We use them for the purposes in Section 3 and share them only as described in Section 7.

California residents may request to know what personal information we hold and how we use it, request correction, request deletion, and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do not sell or share it as those terms are defined). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We will verify your request by matching the information you provide with what we hold, and we will respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof that the agent is authorized.

Visitors outside the United States

Cyberset is based in the United States, and we work with businesses in other countries. If you contact us from outside the US, your information is processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your information to respond to your request and take steps before a contract, to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interest in running and marketing our business, and where required, with your consent. You may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above (including retaining proof of messaging consent), then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Our website may link to other sites. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date at the top.
