Which CRMs do you work with?
HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho and Salesforce. If you already use another CRM, ask us; we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Will automation feel robotic to customers?
Not if it is set up well. Messages are written in your voice, timed sensibly, and hand off to a person as soon as a customer replies or asks something specific.
Is SMS marketing legal for my business?
Yes, with consent. Text messages need opt-in and a clear way to opt out. We set up consent capture and opt-out handling as part of the work.
Can an AI chatbot give medical or legal advice?
No, and ours are set up not to. They answer practical questions, collect contact details for your CRM, and pass anything else to your team.
